Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, financial consulting, audit, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cashflow mechanics, and forecasting principles.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and cross-functional teams.
- Business fluency in English.
- Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or Rib iTWO is preferred.
- German language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate FP&A activities during month-end closing and prepare group-level reporting and variance analysis.
- Maintain reporting structures across sites, cost centers, and projects to ensure data consistency.
- Support quarterly forecasting and annual budget cycles while tracking performance.
- Maintain rolling financial models and provide insights into financial drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop long-term financial plans and perform modeling for pipeline projects including working capital and returns.
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials, KPIs, project reports, and financial statements.
