Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
- Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition as a builder, operator, or agency leader.
- Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy.
- Experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement.
- Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
Responsibilities
- Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
- Lead pilot placements with design-partner companies and convert them to paid retained relationships.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market motion.
- Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback.
- Lead the seed capital raise.
- Recruit and lead the founding team and establish the company culture.
