- Ability to adapt to internal technology enhancements.
- Understanding of cultural dynamics and regional language differences.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to on-demand interpretation sessions.
- Render accurate concepts and meanings between Gaelic-Irish and English speakers according to established protocols.
- Maintain a professional, neutral, and courteous demeanor throughout all sessions.
- Remain calm during highly emotional or stressful calls, including emergency situations.
- Follow client instructions and maintain confidentiality while adhering to industry terminology and procedures.
- Ensure punctuality and consistent availability during designated work hours.
