Requirements
- Fluency in both Fulani and English.
- Ability to assess regional and accent differences to provide effective cultural competency.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to operate a computer, including keyboard and mouse, for the majority of the workday.
- Access to a quiet, secure home-office environment free from distractions.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (min. 5 Mbps download/3 Mbps upload).
- Reliable personal device (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone) meeting standard system requirements.
Responsibilities
- Respond to interpreting sessions promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
- Speak clearly in both languages using proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions.
- Maintain neutrality, objectivity, and a professional demeanor at all times, including during sensitive or stressful emergency calls.
- Follow client instructions to ensure expectations are met while maintaining communication standards.
- Maintain punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours.
