Requirements
- Fluency in Taiwanese and English with strong cultural competence.
- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
- Ability to remain neutral and objective during sensitive conversations.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dedicated personal device (Desktop/Laptop with Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS; Tablets; or Smartphones).
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, <300ms Ping, <30ms Jitter).
- Access to a quiet, secure space free from background noise.
- Ability to adapt to technology enhancements and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to interpreting sessions promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Render correct concepts and meanings according to established protocols without omissions or additions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and remain calm during stressful or emergency situations.
- Follow client instructions to meet expectations while maintaining confidentiality.
- Understand protocol and terminology for industries including Medical, Insurance, Finance, and Law.
