Requirements
- Must currently reside in Missouri.
- 1 year of Call Center experience.
- 6 months Customer Service experience.
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills.
- High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber.
- Minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps.
- A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities.
- Manage a high volume of calls, typically 60-80 per day.
- Perform varied customer service tasks that increase in complexity as skills progress.
- Serve as the frontline representative and image of the company.
