- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in AI architecture, data science, or software engineering, with five (5)+ years in leadership roles.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI architecture, data science, or software engineering, including large-scale production deployments.
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native and edge AI architectures.
- Proficiency with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, vector databases, and context memory architectures.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL, R, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, and MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
- Experience with cloud-scale AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure AI, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data governance, model monitoring, and Responsible AI practices.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- Build and scale AI capabilities that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and enhance network performance.
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Establish a centralized AI operating model and governance frameworks to ensure reliability and ethical use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and operations to build robust AI platforms.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Manage vendor evaluation, technical architecture, and model lifecycle management.
