Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management with genuine end-to-end ownership.
- 2+ years as an AI PM shipping AI/ML-based products in production.
- Strong understanding of modern AI products including prompting, evaluation, iteration, and failure modes.
- Experience working in an experimentation-driven product environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining product KPIs and working with data.
- Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams.
- Professional proficiency in both Russian and English.
- Ability to work CET/CEST overlapping hours.
- Comfortable working under a long-term B2B contractor model using personal equipment.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for your AI product area across multiple communication channels.
- Translate patient and business needs into clear product priorities and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Continuously improve AI product quality through experimentation, evaluation, and iterative product development.
- Partner closely with AI Engineers to shape not only what AI should do, but how it behaves in production.
- Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and connect product improvements to measurable business outcomes.
- Drive product discovery through hypothesis validation, data analysis, and user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ensure patient safety, privacy, and quality remain central to product decisions in a regulated healthcare environment.
