Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of SAP functional experience or relevant warehouse/logistics system support.
- Familiarity with SAP EWM or warehouse management processes.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in production or sustainment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP TM, MM, or SD (preferred).
- Familiarity with RF devices and warehouse equipment (preferred).
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist with configuration and sustainment of SAP EWM processes including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
- Support incident management, service requests, and defect resolution related to SAP EWM.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support warehouse execution processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with SAP TM, MM, and SD modules to support integrated supply chain processes.
- Support daily sustainment operations and identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.
