Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP QM.
- Strong configuration skills in SAP ECC QM and/or S/4HANA Quality Management.
- Proven track record of end-to-end SAP QM implementations and support.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure SAP QM processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, results recording, and usage decision.
- Integrate QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD modules for end-to-end quality processes.
- Support quality certificates, batch management, and vendor evaluation.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and workflows.
- Perform testing, defect resolution, and go-live support.
- Recommend process improvements to align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
