Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the building automation or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of growing sales and building long-term client relationships in Poland.
- An existing network within relevant customer segments in Poland (property developers, construction companies, MEP contractors, real estate investors).
- Technical affinity with building automation, energy management, smart building systems, or IoT.
- Strong understanding of the Polish market and regulatory environment.
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluent Polish and a good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to market strategy for Poland's BAS market focusing on multi-dwelling units and light commercial properties.
- Establish and manage partnerships with distributors, system integrators, and smart building consultants.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers across Poland, including property developers, construction companies, MEP contractors, and real estate investors.
- Drive sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets, engaging directly with key decision-makers.
- Navigate local building automation regulations and support customers in implementing compliant solutions.
- Advise customers using your technical understanding of building automation and propose tailored solutions.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback in alignment with business goals.
