Experience: 10+ years of experience engineering SaaS / cloud-native / cloud-ready concepts, systems integration, APIs, network technology and operations, or automation architecture
Required Skills: SalesforceSoftware ArchitectureCI/CD

BS/BA or equivalent education and experience.
10+ years of experience in SaaS, cloud-native concepts, systems integration, APIs, or automation architecture.
Strong software development skills surrounding Salesforce.
Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering integrations using MuleSoft.
Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub).
Expertise in API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, Swagger/OpenAPI, BPMN, or UML.
Experience with service orchestration platforms or workflow engines (e.g., Temporal, Camunda, Step Functions).
Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in a complex environment.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

Collaborate across Lumen to demonstrate leadership and ensure customer focus.
Drive an automation-first approach and leverage AI to improve efficiency and delivery.
Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integrations using API-led connectivity principles.
Define and govern enterprise API standards, including RAML/OpenAPI specifications, versioning, and lifecycle management.
Optimize system-to-system integrations across Salesforce, cloud platforms, and on-prem systems.
Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and security of integrations, including error handling and monitoring.
Partner with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to align integrations with enterprise architecture.
