Requirements

  • Master's level degree in a relevant field.
  • Active Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) licensure in Florida.
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
  • Experience with treatment planning and clinical assessments.
  • Comfort and proficiency with telehealth software and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to maintain a private, secure, and HIPAA-compliant home office space.
  • Commitment to working a full-time Monday–Friday schedule (10am–7pm or 11am–8pm Eastern).

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Partner with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize telehealth software and communication tools throughout the day.
