Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, product marketing, product strategy, management consulting, or industry research.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially scaling a competitive or market intelligence program from the ground up.
- Strong technical aptitude to independently understand enterprise infrastructure architectures, performance claims, and technical differentiation.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, accelerated computing, cloud computing, data platforms, or storage technologies.
- Expertise in primary and secondary research with the ability to synthesize findings into clear, defensible points of view.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating battlecards and executive briefings.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance intelligence research and synthesis.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
- Located in North America with the ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale a comprehensive competitive and market intelligence program, including sources, tooling, and feedback loops.
- Develop deep intelligence on competitors across products, architecture, performance, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor competitive pricing, packaging, and commercial models to inform internal decision-making.
- Synthesize market trends in AI infrastructure into clear points of view and recommendations for leadership.
- Create and maintain competitive battlecards, playbooks, objection handling, and sales enablement tools.
- Build a field intelligence loop to capture insights from Sales, SEs, and partners to improve competitive performance.
- Deliver consistent, decision-oriented briefings to executive leadership regarding emerging threats and market opportunities.
