Requirements

- Understanding of creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing.
- Experience creating or adapting content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle feedback/iteration.
- Must be currently based in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and edit top-performing English-language creatives into Spanish for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure culturally relevant and performance-ready Spanish creative output.
- Coordinate and manage native-speaking voiceover talent to match brand tone.
- Recruit, brief, and maintain a pool of Spanish-speaking creators.
- Organize creative asset libraries and manage versioning for delivery to media buyers.
- Provide support for video shoots and filming as needed.
