Requirements
- Strong frontend and product craft including React, TypeScript, interaction design, and design systems.
- Comfortable with animation, state management, and responsive UI.
- Fullstack production range including Python/Django, APIs, backend services, data models, and platform contracts.
- High agency, strong product taste, and the ability to define problems without perfect specifications.
- Platform instincts regarding contracts, interfaces, failure modes, permissions, and observability.
- Experience using AI-first engineering tools like Claude Code or Cursor while maintaining strong human judgment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs and product decisions clearly.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS, workflow tools, developer tools, or data products.
- Strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship in software development.
Responsibilities
- Create beautiful, deeply usable interfaces for complex workflows, including design systems, motion, and dense information displays.
- Build agentic customer surfaces that allow users to guide, inspect, and approve AI workflows.
- Design human-in-the-loop systems for approvals, parameter review, and exception handling.
- Develop UI for distributed AI workflows to make execution, failures, and results understandable.
- Help maintain product coherence by building reusable components, interaction patterns, and state models.
- Configure, run, and debug across the full stack—React, TypeScript, APIs, and backend services.
- Build interfaces for permission-aware search, indexed customer data, and result inspection.
