Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High level of AI fluency and openness to learning new data transformation technologies.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Comfortable hosting customer-facing meetings.
- Creativity in using intelligent automation tools to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the data migration subject matter expert on the Customer Success team.
- Execute end-to-end data migrations by extracting, transforming, and uploading data to the FMX application.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer data needs during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Retention teams to ensure customer data requirements are met.
- Lead technical, module-based product training sessions for customers.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to improve data transformation processes and serve customers effectively.
- Maintain high client satisfaction levels through professional, timely communication and adherence to deadlines.
