Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in post-production, preferably within an agency, D2C, or social-first environment.
- Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong grasp of editing workflows, social ad performance metrics, and storytelling for platforms like Meta and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with After Effects.
- Knowledge of emerging AI-assisted post tools (e.g., Veo, Runway, Adobe Sensei).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for managing expectations across creative, production, and strategy stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Genuine interest in e-commerce and social-first creative.
Responsibilities
- Manage and assist in optimizing the full post-production workflow from ingest to delivery across all brands and content formats.
- Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent creative output.
- Oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules, managing shifting priorities and delayed feedback calmly and efficiently.
- Provide creative and performance-based feedback on edits, maintaining high storytelling and visual standards.
- Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to align expectations, communicate progress, and manage dependencies.
- Keep the post-production team aligned with core creative and delivery KPIs.
- Identify and integrate AI tools to improve editing efficiency, asset management, and version control.
- Support the growth of the post team, mentor junior editors, and shape scalable workflows.
- Lead regular post-production meetings to review workload, quality, and upcoming priorities.
- Maintain an organized post-production archive and clear delivery documentation.
