Requirements

- Ability to balance development speed with reliability and maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Turn PRDs, UX mockups, and loosely defined ideas into cohesive working products.
- Build responsive, polished full-stack web applications.
- Design and implement meaningful LLM-powered features.
- Develop agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and orchestration logic.
- Create high-impact prototypes and product demos at 'vibe-coding speed.'
- Evolve successful prototypes into secure, maintainable production systems.
- Make thoughtful product, UX, and technical decisions.
- Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and product stakeholders.
- Identify missing requirements, edge cases, and opportunities.
- Use AI development tools effectively while maintaining strong engineering judgment.
