Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically to solve problems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro.
- Knowledge of InDesign and Lightroom is a plus.
- G-Suite experience.
- Ability to produce high-quality design and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and openness to new challenges.
- Ability to learn and work remotely, engage with team/leadership, and take feedback.
- Must work at least 1 weekend day.
Responsibilities
- Research and thoroughly document the root causes of the replacement order.
- Proofread and edit design files to fulfill customer orders in service of both productivity and quality expectations.
- Reference a wide range of resources to determine the best solution for our customers.
- Work directly with customers over email to design and replace original orders.
- Work in a production environment to troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure we deliver outstanding service
