Job Details

Extensive senior-level professional software engineering experience with strong depth in Python.
Proven ability to own technical features from design to production deployment.
Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and solving ambiguous challenges.
Expertise with Git source control tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
Expertise with Python package management (e.g., UV, Conda).
Hands-on experience with unit testing, specifically Pytest.
Proven experience building production frontend applications in React.
Experience managing Docker containers and orchestration with Kubernetes and AKS.
Intermediate design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
Proficiency with relational databases.
Experience deploying and operating systems on AWS.
Working knowledge of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development practices.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Proficiency in the English language.

Craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, and secure client code.
Ensure code security through Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and drive remediation.
Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation.
Gather requirements, validate understanding, and maintain documentation.
Design and implement scalable AI and agentic workflows using LLMs.
Build and maintain responsive, well-tested frontend features in React alongside backend services.
Apply spec-driven development and utilize AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify and remediate technical debt to improve system stability and performance.
Take ownership of projects from technical design through to launch.
