Requirements
- 2 years experience developing and supporting software in a production environment.
- 2 years experience programming in object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, Python, or C++.
- Professional English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- 2 years experience developing Front-End applications (preferred).
- 2 years experience using third-party APIs and building resilient systems (preferred).
- 2 years experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (preferred).
- Professional Polish proficiency in verbal and written communication (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Write clean, well-tested, and reviewable code using technologies such as Java, Python, MySQL, NSQ, Hbase, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and complete feature work.
- Own code from development through deployment, including identifying risks and communicating issues.
- Review pull requests and design documents from peers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Monitor service health in production and act as the first line of defense against outages and bugs.
