Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to anticipate impact.
- Strong understanding of organizational psychology and change management principles.
- Proficiency in using data, surveys, and metrics to inform strategy.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage projects through to completion.
- Proven ability to build credibility and partnerships across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging organizational initiatives requiring enablement and cultural adoption.
- Develop comprehensive change and enablement strategies in partnership with the President and ELT.
- Manage change momentum, measure impact, and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
- Translate executive vision into clear, cascading communications that drive alignment.
- Develop internal communication cadences, including all-hands meetings, newsletters, and leadership updates.
- Use pulse checks and feedback surveys to maintain visibility into culture and employee experience.
- Partner with HR, Recruiting, and other stakeholders to align organizational initiatives with employee and candidate experiences.
