Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to anticipate impact.
  • Strong understanding of organizational psychology and change management principles.
  • Proficiency in using data, surveys, and metrics to inform strategy.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage projects through to completion.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and partnerships across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging organizational initiatives requiring enablement and cultural adoption.
  • Develop comprehensive change and enablement strategies in partnership with the President and ELT.
  • Manage change momentum, measure impact, and adjust strategies based on outcomes.
  • Translate executive vision into clear, cascading communications that drive alignment.
  • Develop internal communication cadences, including all-hands meetings, newsletters, and leadership updates.
  • Use pulse checks and feedback surveys to maintain visibility into culture and employee experience.
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, and other stakeholders to align organizational initiatives with employee and candidate experiences.
