Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in security engineering, infrastructure security, or a closely related field.
  • 2+ years of experience providing technical leadership at staff-engineer level or leading teams within an enterprise environment.
  • Deep expertise in cloud security, particularly AWS and GCP.
  • Deep expertise in container security and Kubernetes.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying complex security systems at enterprise scale.
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with security architecture, threat modeling, identity and access management, and data protection.
  • Experience designing, deploying, or reviewing automation for complex security workflows.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguous, large-scale technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement secure reference architectures for enterprise AI platforms, protecting data integrity, regulatory compliance, and overall security posture.
  • Establish and evolve a comprehensive framework for evaluating and vetting AI technologies.
  • Develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management.
  • Architect and implement preventative security guardrails for AI agents and emerging use cases.
  • Apply strong security engineering practices using Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • Manage and improve infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish strategic direction and drive execution.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to senior leadership on AI security risks.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of security engineering practices.
