Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Management.
- 3+ years working with healthcare data integrations, interoperability, or healthcare technology platforms.
- Experience managing customer-facing data integration or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange methods, including sFTP and APIs.
- Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare operational workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets such as eligibility, claims, pharmacy, laboratory, provider, and patient/member data.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and product capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile product development environments.
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, healthcare security, and compliance requirements.
- Experience using product and development management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
- Must reside in the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the product stakeholder for customer data onboarding and integration initiatives.
- Lead testing and validation of inbound and outbound data exchanges.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable product capabilities and technical specifications.
- Support customer launches through implementation meetings and ongoing collaboration.
- Define and maintain standards for healthcare data exchanges including formats and mapping.
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and governance processes.
- Own product capabilities for the ingestion of patient, claims, lab, and pharmacy data.
- Establish monitoring and operational processes for data exchanges.
