Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including relevant internships or apprenticeships.
  • Strong professional proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.
  • Portfolio demonstrating print and editorial production experience, including large-format, event, or physical brand work.
  • Solid understanding of print production fundamentals, including bleed, trim, color profiles, file preparation, and dimensions.
  • Ability to maintain consistent brand standards while moving between print and digital assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify technical or visual issues.
  • Curious, hands-on approach to problem-solving regarding manufacturing and installation.
  • Ability to work independently on defined projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).

Responsibilities

  • Design large-scale print and event materials, including event signage, vinyl wraps, window graphics, booth designs, and other physical brand experiences.
  • Produce print marketing assets such as flyers, signage, and editorial materials while maintaining strong visual consistency and production quality.
  • Prepare accurate, print-ready files using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring correct bleed, trim, color modes, dimensions, and vendor specifications.
  • Support layout and light digital design work in Figma to maintain consistency between physical and digital brand experiences.
  • Contribute to brand initiatives from initial concept development through final production and launch.
  • Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand venue dimensions, installation requirements, physical constraints, and production considerations before finalizing designs.
  • Coordinate with external print vendors, review proofs, and proactively identify technical or design issues before production.
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all physical, editorial, and supporting digital touchpoints.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on assigned projects while keeping production schedules and business priorities on track.
  • Investigate practical production challenges and develop solutions that work not only visually but also in real-world installation and manufacturing environments.
