Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including relevant internships or apprenticeships.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
- Real-world experience with print and editorial design, particularly large-format or event-based materials.
- Required: Portfolio featuring actual print production work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (most important technical skill).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of print production including bleed, trim, color profiles, file preparation, and vendor requirements.
- Strong design fundamentals: visual hierarchy, typography, layout, composition, and branding.
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Create large-format materials including event signage, vinyl and window wraps, booth designs, flyers, and other physical marketing assets.
- Prepare files for professional printing with accurate bleed, trim, color modes, dimensions, and vendor specifications.
- Apply established brand guidelines consistently across physical, print, editorial, and digital touchpoints.
- Use Figma to support layouts, social templates, and landing page graphics.
- Partner with events and marketing operations teams to understand venue spaces, installation requirements, and production constraints.
- Coordinate with print vendors, review proofs, and resolve production issues.
- Contribute to new brand initiatives from concept development through execution.
