Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including B2B/wholesale functionality, discounting, and campaign setup.
- Solid working knowledge of Unleashed (or a comparable inventory management system) and how it connects to a storefront.
- Comfortable working with APIs, payment gateways, and shipping platforms such as Starshipit.
- Familiarity with Xero or a similar bookkeeping platform is a strong plus.
- A proactive, systems-minded operator who can flag improvements rather than just maintain the status quo.
- Experience supporting social media content, paid ads, or SEO (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Manage the Shopify platform end-to-end, including building out a dedicated B2B/wholesale ordering experience and leading the broader site revamp.
- Own product and inventory setup in Unleashed, ensuring new SKUs, stock levels, and campaign or discount codes flow through accurately.
- Maintain the platform's connected integrations including Xero, Starshipit, and payment gateways.
- Bring an informed perspective on where AI and modern e-commerce tooling could improve the current setup.
- Identify where the current setup can be modernized and help scope and guide any rebuild work.
