Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Brand Design or Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency across 360-degree design tasks including SMM, merch, communications, web, and presentations.
- Expertise in design fundamentals: typography, composition, grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Practical experience preparing files for print and merchandise production.
- Basic motion design skills using After Effects or similar software.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to streamline design workflows.
- Strong sense of contemporary design style and trends.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design, motion, or illustration work.
- Experience in Employer Branding is an advantage.
- Experience working within IT or product-based company environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own appflame's visual positioning end-to-end within the existing brand system.
- Design across 360 channels including social media, employer brand campaigns, internal/external communications, websites, presentations, and email.
- Develop merchandise and print materials from initial concept to production-ready files.
- Create motion assets such as animated posts, banners, and presentation elements.
- Translate project briefs into creative visual concepts and original solutions.
- Manage multiple parallel tasks while hitting deadlines and proactively identifying project risks.
