Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree + 1 year of marketing/operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree + 2 years of marketing/operations experience.
- Associate's degree + 6 years of marketing/operations experience.
- High school diploma / GED + 8 years of directly related experience.
- 2+ years of biopharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience in marketing, sales, or operations preferred.
- Experience supporting the development and execution of promotional marketing materials.
- Experience with conference, speaker program, and advisory board tactics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Veeva and the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process preferred.
- Experience in rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate budget and logistics for congresses with internal and external agency stakeholders.
- Track congress performance and KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure speaker program activity and investment align with brand priorities.
- Maintain visibility into program volume, utilization, and spend.
- Coordinate planning and execution for UPLIZNA advisory boards.
- Support HCP identification, recruitment, and participation planning.
- Support the development, review, and deployment of promotional materials.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and agency deliverables.
- Facilitate promotional materials through the Material Approval and Compliance (MAC) process.
