Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (TypeScript, Python).
- Extensive experience in system design and API development.
- Strong experience working with event-driven technologies such as Kafka.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as Postgres.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
- Focus on high-performance and high-throughput design.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into maintainable solutions.
- Strong technical judgment and clear communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams while communicating priorities.
- Set clear individual expectations aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and career development support.
- Develop mid-term technical vision and roadmaps.
- Design and vet system architectures and contribute production code.
- Review peer code to ensure adherence to style, accuracy, and testability standards.
- Monitor infrastructure metrics and SLAs to prioritize technical investments and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Management to brainstorm solutions and address technical debt.
