Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience with ownership of a data-centric roadmap.
- Direct experience with healthcare claims data and pricing mechanics.
- Understanding of claims adjudication and payment processes relative to contracted rates.
- Working knowledge of data usage across various healthcare stakeholders like payers and providers.
- Ability to reason clearly about data models, definitions, and architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience managing internal stakeholders as customers.
- Strong skills in balancing proactive roadmap work with reactive team-based planning.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for shared data assets, deciding what to build, extend, or defer.
- Anticipate the need for shared data definitions and build reusable assets ahead of demand.
- Design data assets for maximum reuse across product verticals to avoid redundant development.
- Translate domain and business logic into asset requirements for the data science team.
- Establish and maintain a shared vocabulary for core data constructs across internal teams.
- Track adoption and reuse of shared data assets to measure strategic success.
- Participate in cross-functional roadmap planning to ensure data asset readiness.
