Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a post-sales role supporting clients in the Public Sector.
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes, containers, and modern software security practices.
- Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong working experience with software development processes, practices, and design concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images to help Public Sector customers build securely.
- Partner with account teams (AEs, SEs, CSMs, and Support) to understand customer needs, drive strategy, and ensure value realization.
- Act as 'customer zero' to test and document images, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer requirements and prioritize image builds.
- Maintain account-level architecture and share best practices across the organization.
