Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agency, consulting, or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience managing people, including coaching and performance management.
- Direct experience owning utilization and gross margin reporting in a services business.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI workflows into production.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities with a focus on documentation and automation.
- Clear and concise communication skills for leadership-level reporting.
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, scaling environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to drive change at an organizational level.
Responsibilities
- Own team utilization, capacity planning, and billability.
- Build and manage the workforce planning model, including headcount strategy and pay bands.
- Manage operational inputs to financial conversations, including service line margin and project profitability.
- Design and own the delivery operating system, including SOPs, onboarding, and quality gates.
- Oversee people operations, including onboarding, retention programs, and performance management.
- Manage the internal tool stack and vendor ecosystem.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences.
- Drive AI and automation adoption to eliminate manual bottlenecks.
