Requirements
- Experience building an LLM agent with tool use and multi-step turns for real users
- Proficiency in Python and Rust
- Deep knowledge of Linux, Docker, git, and Kubernetes
- Experience with Postgres as a durable state store
- Experience with Claude Code and the Anthropic API
- Understanding of agent safety, credentials, and evaluation methodologies
- Ability to write verified, maintainable, and clear code
Responsibilities
- Add a data source end to end including the tool, skill, and evaluation
- Extend the orchestration layer with scheduled runs and multi-step workflows
- Develop the evaluation layer including grounded checks and LLM judge validation
- Refactor logic from prompts into specialized tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on isolation and credential boundaries
