Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook/Meta Ads
- Deep understanding of lead generation and direct-response advertising
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts at once
- Ability to read ad metrics and make data-driven optimization calls
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and Midjourney
- Excellent written English
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
- Reliable home office setup with stable, high-speed internet
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm U.S. Pacific Time
Responsibilities
- Launch, monitor, and scale campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Manage 8–12 client ad accounts simultaneously
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, headlines, and offers
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Write direct-response ad copy for lead generation campaigns
- Build static ad creatives using Canva and Midjourney
- Report on KPIs including CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Communicate campaign updates and performance insights to the internal team
