Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development
- Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Gemini
- Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection and prompting
- Experience using GenAI to deliver real-world advertising creative
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong written English skills for effective communication
- Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps
- Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Prior agency experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and operational requirements
- Facilitate workflow audits and capability assessments
- Identify where GenAI, agents, or automation can meaningfully improve quality, efficiency, or scale
- Translate operational challenges into technical implementation plans
- Design and build production-grade prompts, workflows, agents, and creative systems
- Develop repeatable, scalable frameworks that support multiple brands, markets, and channels
- Own workflow governance, quality control, and reliability of deployed systems
- Lead training, workshops, and office hours to help teams adopt new systems
- Own technical documentation, playbooks, and guides for internal and client use
