Requirements
- Previous experience with trading or exchange systems (OMS, EMS, exchanges, market making, algorithmic or quant trading).
- Expertise in system design, object-oriented data modeling, and service-oriented architectures.
- Strong software engineering background, ideally at a senior level.
- Proficiency in low and high-level programming languages including C/C++, Go, Zig, Rust, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with low-latency and high-throughput system optimization.
- Knowledge of messaging queues and message brokers.
- Analytical mindset with experience in database management and concurrency control.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and high availability principles.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with FIX protocol.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with observability, tracing, continuous profiling, and benchmarking.
Responsibilities
- Build proprietary services for advisory tools including block trading, portfolio management, and IRA.
- Design and architect the advisory platform services.
- Write code and make critical architectural decisions for platform delivery.
- Develop and maintain high-performance distributed systems.
- Implement robust concurrency and object-oriented data models for long-term growth.
