Job Details

Academic background in computer science, engineering, or software development.
Mastery of Python for production-grade code, architectural review, and pattern definition.
Deep expertise in workflow automation platforms such as n8n.
Hands-on experience designing AI workflows with tools like Langflow, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud architecture for scalable automations.
Experience defining governance for RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment models.
Experience with AI-assisted engineering practices using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Strong background in FinOps and operational cost management.
Expertise in API governance and integration patterns.
Demonstrated ability to present ROI, risks, and trade-offs to leadership.

Define the automation operating model, including intake, prioritization, governance, and lifecycle management.
Establish standards for observability, auditability, supportability, and incident management for critical automations.
Design and implement AI governance and LLMOps practices, including model selection, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Develop reusable automation components, golden paths, and reference architectures to accelerate delivery.
Govern RPA tools and define when to use RPA versus APIs, scripts, or AI-based workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate domain-specific business needs into actionable technical direction.
Remain hands-on with complex implementations, architectural decisions, and production support.
Mentor and develop technical capabilities across the team through standards and leadership.
