Requirements
- Hands-on experience with databases, OLAP, or distributed systems such as ClickHouse or SQL engines.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience reading code and debugging cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience working with data pipelines like Kafka, Spark, Kinesis, or RabbitMQ.
- Genuine curiosity and hands-on experience with LLM application development using frameworks like Python, TypeScript, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vercel AI SDK.
- Familiarity with LLM observability, evaluation tooling, prompt workflows, or model provider APIs.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry-style tracing.
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, remote-first team environment.
- Experience with OSS and open-source technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide users via cases, chat, Slack, community forums, and phone calls.
- Deliver high-touch guidance within required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as part of a global on-call coverage rotation.
- Develop solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source software for documentation, knowledge bases, blogs, and training.
- Work closely with Support Services, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Product teams to define product functionality.
- Assist with mentoring, training, and sharing knowledge with colleagues and customers.
- Escalate and resolve bugs by coordinating with product engineering teams.
- Conduct deep technical integration and implementation reviews within customer codebases.
- Build trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners across the developer ecosystem.
