- Expertise in YouTube packaging, specifically title and thumbnail strategy.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex economic topics.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm, retention curves, and click-through rates.
- Solid understanding of Bitcoin in an economic context.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and ability to drive projects end-to-end.
- Integrity and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
- Background in finance, economics, or journalism is a plus.
- On-camera or hosting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the video content pipeline, including idea generation and filtering.
- Craft and test video titles and thumbnails to drive engagement.
- Write scripts for medium to long-form, host-led, or animated videos.
- Develop hooks and structural introductions to retain audience viewership.
- Manage the story edit to ensure alignment with the script's structure and pacing.
- Analyze YouTube performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.
- Build and maintain efficient systems for content production, scripting, and testing.
