Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer developing user-facing applications.
- Fluency working with product metrics and designing/analyzing experiments.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, Go, Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#).
- Experience with tools like BigQuery, HEX, or Firebase.
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools for engineering productivity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep intuition for user experience, usability, and software interaction.
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and biased towards action.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to build novel products and features.
- Contribute to engineering standards, mentor team members, and promote technical best practices.
- Own the full development cycle including design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Drive planning and implementation across backend service architecture for native mobile and web clients.
- Enable a culture of metrics-led execution with a focus on operational excellence and system observability.
- Partner with leadership to develop roadmaps that achieve product and engineering goals.
