Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in a scalable computing environment.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-directed, innovative, and action-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate failure.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, data scientists and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design docs, providing feedback on product specs and mocks.
- Set and define standards that improve developer workflows and recommend best practices.
- Coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development.
- Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical abilities.
