- Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
- Pass the General Certification process on the company platform.
Responsibilities
- Choose assignments based on personal preferences and profile.
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online interactions.
- Observe and assess ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
- Provide honest feedback via the company platform.
- Complete assigned evaluations in a timely manner.
