Job Details

6+ years of experience in a Product Design role, ideally focused on complex, B2B SaaS products
Proven experience thriving in fast-moving environments and operating at high velocity
Demonstrated ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end with minimal direction
Strong systems thinking to anticipate downstream impacts across workflows, personas, and adjacent product areas
Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows (e.g., review, summarization, guidance)
Documented use of AI tools in daily design practice (research, synthesis, prototyping, iteration)
Proven track record of usability, polish, and consistency in shipped work
Experience elevating teams through mentorship, feedback, and thoughtful critique

Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows, from problem definition through shipped solutions
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy, influence roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable implementations
Drive design execution with minimal direction, operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into clear user journeys, interaction models, and polished UI
Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality
Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints
Own a significant product area or customer journey, anticipating downstream impacts across workflows and personas
Set a high bar for craft and influence by contributing to the design system, mentoring peers, and serving as a trusted design voice
