- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows.
- Interest in audience development, analytics, SEO, and social strategy is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Edit submissions from the BuzzFeed Community Creator Program (BFCCP) for quality and style.
- Partner with Community Creators by providing editorial feedback and coaching.
- Foster an active creator community by engaging with contributors via Discord.
- Moderate content and comments to ensure an inclusive environment.
- Curate standout content with high viral potential.
- Use traffic and engagement data to inform editorial decisions.
- Collaborate with Audience Development and Editorial teams on special projects.
