Requirements
- 10+ years of operations and leadership experience.
- Senior leadership experience reporting to a COO or CEO.
- Experience in a web development, project-based agency, or consulting firm with 20 to 150 employees.
- Experience leading the delivery of complex website and web application projects.
- Success building and running internal and people operations.
- Proven leadership of a multi-team organization with experience managing managers.
- Exposure to revenue functions in an agency context.
- Knowledge of Drupal and WordPress projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery organization by managing project execution, resource allocation, and project margins.
- Operate the company's annual goal-setting and quarterly planning systems.
- Develop and scale internal operational processes, tooling, and workflows.
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and performance management to drive employee retention.
- Monitor and report on operational performance metrics including utilization and revenue mix.
- Coach department heads to close the gap between strategy and execution.
- Manage sales, marketing, and estimating functions to drive profitable new business.
