Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of related experience, preferably in the CEDIA channel
- Experience in control system programming
- Ability to troubleshoot complex AV/Control systems on-site and remotely
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and NetSuite
- Experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct one-on-one and group presentations
- Ability to work remotely effectively
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement product-oriented sales presentations and training events.
- Assist in new product launches by delivering training modules to key customers.
- Certify sales representative staff on new and existing products.
- Provide advanced technical support on-site and remotely for the Nice home management platform.
- Participate in trade shows, sales meetings, and weekly team calls.
- Monitor market dynamics and provide input to sales managers.
- Execute telephone call support for customer technical staff.
- Focus field travel on regional customer growth and account retention.
