Requirements
- Master’s degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform core services.
- Experience building hybrid and multicloud environments.
- Proficiency in infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Pulumi.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern platform engineering practices.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and Zero Trust.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
- Ability to design secure, scalable networks across cloud and on-premises.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor, or CloudWatch.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, or TOGAF are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid and multicloud architectures that meet business, security, and compliance needs.
- Lead cloud migrations end-to-end—from assessment to optimization—and ensure smooth transitions across platforms.
- Define and enforce cloud governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Partner with teams to build architectures that boost performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Explore new technologies and translate them into practical, forward-looking solutions.
- Optimize cloud usage and control costs through smart monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Guide engineers and operations teams to build confidence, ownership, and expertise.
- Manage vendors and negotiate cloud service agreements that deliver value.
- Maintain clear and structured architecture documentation and standards.
