Requirements
- 8+ years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in experiment design, causal inference, and power analysis.
- Strong SQL foundations and ability to reason through complex data logic.
- Proficiency with modern analytics stack tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, and Mode.
- Daily experience leveraging AI tools for analytics with a clear understanding of AI limitations.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to diverse audiences including executives and engineers.
- Proven track record of influencing product decisions beyond simple reporting.
- Ability to operate independently, frame questions, and land insights without explicit specs.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage business questions and build frameworks to deliver actionable recommendations to product and executive leadership.
- Develop models of customer behavior to influence long-term product roadmaps and micro-decisions.
- Own experiment strategy across product areas including design, guardrails, and pattern interpretation.
- Oversee AI system quality by validating, sharpening, and training analytical outputs.
- Connect insights across data sources to identify cross-functional growth opportunities.
- Set the team standard for analytical rigor and AI-integrated validation workflows.
